About Katerina
Aged 18, Kateřina Lalo experienced a life-altering event. Unable to face it with the resources provided by her upbringing and education, she began a healing journey that took her around the world and across decades. She studied at the London School of Classical Homeopathy and practiced for 17 years after an intensive period in several Bombay homeopathic clinics during which time she also spent four years at the Prague Gestalt Institute. In 2012 became an accredited Brandon Bays Journey therapist, and opened her own practice. In addition to these healing skills, she finished professional training at the School of Movement Medicine in 2014 and started to offer regular classes of Movement Medicine in Prague.
Since 2018, she has combined the learning and experience from all these paths and recently created her own dance system – IndeepenDance. Her desire to continue to develop her understanding of conscious presence in the body and the quality of movement causes her to explore new systems, most recently Gaga Dance.
Kateřina has also moved deeper into creative expression – seeking ways to live life attuned to the heart. In 2025 she completed the training “Facilitating and Accompanying with the Creative Journal” (Animer et accompagner avec le Journal Créatif) and offers workshops and classes which combine creative expression through free dance with creative journaling (a blend of 3 creative languages of writing, drawing and collaging).

Awaken the creative force within us that moves and
transforms everything around and within us.
I use free conscious movement (dance) and creative journaling to help people discover they are already unique expressions of life itself – living art designed by the Creator. Through embodied remembering, we can access joy, freedom, and deep connection with others.
I teach practices from my own research that have helped me discard limiting beliefs and align with my original design.
I offer free dance classes, combined dance and journaling sessions and workshops, plus individual creative journaling that blends writing, collaging and artistic expression for intuition and self-understanding.
People arrive saying “I’m afraid to dance, can’t draw, can’t write, scared to be truly seen – yet I long for real freedom and authentic self-expression.” My role is helping them discover their way.
As a child, I flowed freely in creative play until hurt and disappointment brought fear of being seen. I conformed for approval, learning to control myself and avoid being “messy.” This self-censorship blocked my creative force, leading to grief, loss, and inner hollowness.
The conflict between fear and creative desire created immense pressure that ultimately became my driving force for change. This healing journey requires deep self-acceptance to face the chaos of letting go conformity and approval-seeking. Within this chaos lies a self-organising principle that guides us to surprising creativity and intimate joy.
Dance and artistic expression connect us to something greater, unleashing radical freedom to channel life energy into creation rather than coercion – building beauty that inspires instead of forcing others to bend.
My work helps people find their creative path without the pain I experienced, providing gentler change through guidance, companionship, community, and resources that make transformation exciting and permanent.
