Terms & Conditions for Classes, Workshops and Events (InDeepenDance / Katerina Lalo)
1. Personal Responsibility and Well-Being
By registering for or participating in any class, workshop, program, or event offered by Katerina Lalo/InDeepenDance, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, emotional, and general well-being during and after the activity.
A doctor’s note may be requested for cancellations due to illness. Refunds are not guaranteed.
2. Assumption of Risk
Dance, movement, and creative practices may involve physical exertion and inherent risks. By participating, you confirm that:

- you are voluntarily choosing to take part in these activities,
- you are physically and mentally able to participate,
- you have consulted a doctor or therapist if you have any concerns.
You agree to inform the teacher of any relevant medical conditions before class and if these conditions change.
3. Release of Liability
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, you release Katerina Lalo/InDeepenDance, its teachers, facilitators, assistants, organizers, and representatives, from liability for any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage to person or property that may arise during or after participation.
This release does not apply in cases of gross negligence or intent, as required by Swiss law.
4. No Medical or Therapeutic Services
You understand that the event/class is in no way psychotherapeutic or medical in nature. The event is not involved with the treatment of disease of any kind and does not substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
The classes and workshops offered by Katerina Lalo/InDeepenDance are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or counselling. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition and should not replace medical or psychological care.
5. Personal Property
You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times. Katerina Lalo/InDeepenDance, and event organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
6. Insurance
No health, accident, travel, or medical evacuation insurance is provided. Participants are responsible for arranging their own insurance if desired.
7. Photography and Media Consent
Photographs may be taken during the event by approved teachers or assistants.
By participating, you grant permission for these images to be used for promotional purposes in print or online.
If you prefer not to appear in photos, please notify the teacher in advance.
However, you may ask to approve of specific photos containing your image before being shown publicly.
8. Mailing List
By registering you give Katerina Lalo/InDeepenDance and/or the event teacher permission to add yourself to their mailing lists. If you do not wish to be on their mailing lists or if you wish to unsubscribe, please click this link to contact me.
9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund conditions vary by event. The specific Cancellation & Refund Policy applicable to your class, workshop, retreat, or online program will be clearly stated on the event description page at the time of registration. By booking an event, you agree to the cancellation terms provided for that specific event.
10. Responsibility for Interpretation and Experience
You acknowledge that your personal interpretation of any content shared in classes, workshops, or retreats is your own responsibility. Katerina Lalo/InDeepenDance and its representatives cannot be held liable for how you experience or understand the material.
11. Intellectual Property
All written, visual, artistic, and teaching materials shared in the program—including exercises, creative journaling prompts, meditations, images, texts, and instructions—remain the intellectual property of Katerina Lalo/InDeepenDance.
You may use these materials for personal use only.
Reproduction, distribution, or teaching of these materials for teaching purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or participating in any activity offered by Katerina Lalo/InDeepenDance, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
